Short-count, stain, damage, contamination and delay exceptions
Handover direction, time, confirmer role and human-review status

Not included

Company-operated washing, drying or finishing
Unconfirmed stock adjustments or compensation decisions
Ordinary handling of dangerous or unknown contaminants
